Nine times out of ten, a good film for me has at least one car chase. So it got me wondering. What is the best? No matter how long or short, or how much the rest of the film sucks, which is the best? So, to get the ball rolling: m.youtube.com/watch?v=1JMyrVZpe7gThe film wasnt that popular, I thought it was awesome, but is car chase has it all. Comedy, police cars smashing up, drifting, jumps, and most importantly, as 1:27 (I think) ACDC kick in. So, who can beat this?

Gotta go with the penultimate classic on this one. Steve McQueen, Bullit. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Lbs_nYW3-o10 minutes of glory. Though the abuse inflicted on those gorgeous cars does make me cry a little.

Although it's not strictly a car chase, its still one of THE best driving films..... I give to you Claude Lelouch's Rendezvous! vimeo.com/634408898mins of driving heaven! *NB the actual car used is a Mercedes 450SEL with a Ferrari275 GTB overbubbed!
