I worked over the weekend to covert a helbrute with the arms from a Maulerfiend. He looks rather buff (perhaps it's the steroids). I also added a new face to give him a sophisticated man about town look. So without further ado, I proudly introduce..... Harold the Hellbrute, "wave hello to the nice people Harold." IMGP4235 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr "Now turn to the left, yes your left Harold, good boy!" IMGP4236 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr "Now how about a turn to the right, that's it" IMGP4237 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr "Now turn around, one time. Thank you Harold." IMGP4238 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr Well done, let's have a round of applause for Harold the Hellbrute. Next time you see Harold he should have a nice shiny new paint job.

It looks comical to me. The legs would need "buffing up" so it doesn't look so top heavy.

I was totally thinking gorilla, too. Might be better if the right arm was down on the base so he's sort of knuckle-walking.

It sort of reminds me of the Handy Man from Bioshock Infinite

Ah, you've also gone with the mask idea, it's hard to choose with all the potential kit bash heads that the chaos range offers isn't it? I really like the tongue though.

The tongue was an adlib. I was attaching the mask with green stuff over the regular face and some came oozing out the mouth. I sculpted it into the tongue you see. The mask gives the model a whole new look and personality than other hellbrutes.

Ladies and Gentlemen, after a short hiatus which included several months of intensive guitar training  (Bill and Ted reference) in the nether regions of the Eye of Terror. I once again am proud to present a sophisticated, man about town............ HAROLD, the Helbrute with his new paint job. Let's hear a warm Commissar boards welcome for this lovable guy. I have been informed by Harold that he does NOT like to be called Harry. I did that once and smacked me into the middle of next week while mumbling somethng about he'd never live in a cupboard under anybody's stairs!! Let's be honest would you want this guy living under your stairs, or how about under your BED! Harold loves to wave hello to his friends (he doesn't have very many, that are still alive). IMGP4503 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr For some reason Harold likes to stick out his tongue, IMGP4508 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr Check out the backbone on this guy, he's got more than a drop pod full of Space Maweenies. IMGP4509 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr Harold loves to do the, "Hey watch my hand up here, while he punches you in the face with the other hand" trick (another reason why he doesn't have many friends). IMGP4511 by Doug Crabb, on Flickr So, what do you guys think? I have started the paint job on Harold's good buddy, Martin the Maulerfiend and will post photos when done.
