So there are supposedly thousands of gods besides the four recognized gods of Chaos (Khorne, Nurgle, Slaanesh, and Tzeentch). So what or who would these next most powerful gods be? I was imagining dark gods of Time and Immortality, or a god of True Chaos just as concepts. So I was hoping others could help me collaborate on these or other ideas and names for dark gods.

Malice (Malal) is one of the cooler ones.

Yeah, Malal is up there. Basically, every daemon has the potential to be a chaos God, hell even every soul. The reason the big four are the big four is because they get all their power from their followers and emotions that drain into them, and as these are the more common/stronger emotions they are able to dominate in the warp. Malal is the God of hate I believe. A common piece of fan lore is that The Emperor is the equivalent of a chaos God, and I believe Magnus said that whilst some entities within the depths of the warp were malicious and predatory, others were benevolent and altruistic, so it is not impossible for there to be 'good' Chaos Gods...

Malal represents Chaos' own self destruction too. Hence the sons of malice hatred of everything, even other chaos marinrs

Gork and Mork are fundamentally the same as Chaos Gods, being incredibly powerful Warp Entities drawing power from the psychic energy of their believers.
So are (were) the Eldar Gods, tho only Khaine and The Laughing God survived Slaanesh's birth, and Khaine was splintered into the Avatars instead of remaining a single coherent entity.
The Emperor is not a Warp God yet, but has the potential to become one, or at least become the focus for the creation of one, in a couple of different ways.

I wouldn't call what happened to Khaine as survival exactly...but he did avoid being destroyed by Slaanesh. Also, Isha lives in the realm of Nurgle.

So the Eldar Gods that survived were Isha, a beautiful young Goddess that dirty old Grandfather Nurgle keeps in a cage, Khaine, who gets completely smashed up, and a God who is basically troll face, as he wears a mask and laughs at Slaanesh to troll him...
