Ok so I'm doing a mobile infantry regiment. I have Stormtroopers, Two 10 man Infantry squads, Two 10 man vet squads, a PCS, and a CCS. So I'm thinking to leave the vets and stormtroopers without the transports, but I don't know whether or not if it is a waste to put the PCS and CCS in a chimera. Input and Opinions please.

Depends on the weapons they've got, but Vets are generally a good Unit to mount up, since they're more expensive and more dangerous than a regular Infantry Squad, but just as fragile, and tend to want to get closer.
Command Squads, it really depends on what they've got. Plasma CCS or Flamer PCS can really use a Chimera, but a Mortar PCS that's just camping a backfield Objective doesn't want one.

ok, yeah I haven't decided what to make one of the vet squads but the other is snipers with Harker stand in and missile launchers, so they will be staying back if they can help it. I figured the stormtroopers already have deep strike so they are set. So the CCS and PCS just depend on their load outs then? Thanks by the way.

I like to run my PCS w/4xFlamers in a chimera. Get nice and close then let loose with a hell of a lot of pain.
If your coming up against CC MC then Vets with Meltas is a viable option. Make use of their higher BS 4 behind a melta gun and get them up close to that nasty MC and let loose. Armies like Nids can struggle to shoot down a Chimera so this is a viable option as you men are unlikely to get mauled in a vehicle explosion result.
