oh hey guys now i know a number of you out there are gun wielding psycho's now i also know a number of you also play air soft and i was wondering how would i get started i mean Ive already been a couple of times and its looking to be a regular occurrence over the coming year and i'm sick of using the rented guns. so bearing this in mind i've gone and looked for some guns and the thought struck me with the UK having strict gun control would i: 1 need a gun licence, 2 be allowed to re spray the gun. also what is good to look for in a beginner rifle and what companies are good bearing in mind i will be going around 30 times in the next year.

I've no idea about UK gun or airsoft laws, but I've always had good experiences with Classic Army and G&G.

G&P M4 is your best bet. I also don't know all the UK gun laws. There's way too many of them. Thank the Emperor, I live in the United States

i take it you have been getting your club sign up sheet stamped so you have send off for your vcra license? if not talk to your local site operator and have him help you out... what site you play at? .. the license should be a tenner for admin fees and he will issue you with a proof card and a vcra number in which you need to give when buying a RIF (replica imitation firearm) ...
lots of good airsoft manufacturers around now... but id go with a classic army m-series as a starter gun.... they are very reliable out of the box and thats what you need most when buying a airsoft gun.... G&G , G & P , Ares etc are all good, but ive owned many of them and they all failed on me... classic army never did....
my favourite gun was my VFC aks74u, which never died on me once... if you can find one... get it... it quite often (depending on the weather) out performed my systema ptw.
