Note: Not interested in list editing/suggestions. Just reviews and rating on strengths and weaknesses

In a shooty Meta like where I usually play, this is probably something like a 2-3. Those Long Fangs are going to drop pretty quickly, and then you're stuck just walking across the board into a firestorm. I ran a similar list last weekend, but with Thunderwolves instead of the Terminators and a Wolf Priest to Outflank a GH pack, and the only reason I didn't get tabled is that the GH with the Wolf Priest outflanked on the wrong side of the board (even with Acute Senses) and just got ignored.
In a more assault-heavy Meta, it gets better, but I still don't think I could rate it above a 5-6. There's no real mobility, and even tho SW are better at taking the Charge than other Armies, it's better to be able to dictate the terms of the Game to at least some degree. The Grey Hunter Packs are also sub-optimal for Assault, lacking Mark of the Wulfen and Wolf Standards.
In either case, you're utterly lacking in Air Defense. Two Packs of Long Fangs, with Prescience for one, just isn't enough, and you don't really have enough bodies to flood the field and force bad positioning choices.
