I won't go into the how and why but I awoke one morning and realised that I owned this lot.
A couple of hundred Kasrkins including 16 sergeants and 48 special weapons.
What was I going to do with them all?
Then it dawned upon me that they must be the legendary "Critical Intervention Group" (CIG ) of the "Imperial navy ground Combat Assets", (INGCA).
So when a commander requests "Delta" Support (Stormtroopers) he will get them.
But if a strategic situation arises where events are turning towards a catastrophic fail,
The Strategic Naval Command can order the assembly of the CIG.
Once the order has been issued all INGCA Stormtroopers will be released from their secondments and collect into one unit known as the "Critical Intervention Group" or CIG.
The CIG can be subdivided into any number of groups with any number of men in each. THis is dependant upon the mission requirements.
It is most usual to be organised into up to 24 x 5-6 man "Task Exec Teams" (TET)with 2-3 Special Weapons in each.
The remainder are organised into several, 5-10 man "Security Escort Teams" (SET) armed with Hellguns only.
Any number of TET's can be attached to any number of SET's to form an "Attack Team" (A-Team).
An A-team is commanded by a 5 man A-Team Command Squad "ATC" that can issue several orders.
One or more ATC's can come under the command of a Group Command Squad (GCS) who can issue several more orders than an ATC.
A CIG will receive priority demand for all requested service support from the INGCA or the Imperial Navy
As I have them organised at the moment they amount to 3850 points. that's without adding any extra points for the 3 x ATC and 1 x GCS
