What are the rules with super heavies and psychic attacks? which ones effect it? Do lance powers still work on them?
and do haywire still only glace on just a 6?

Pg 94 explains the rules pretty clearly.
Invincible Behemoth states Lance and Melta work as normal. Scarab abilities do not. They have no special protection verse psy power except that cannot be instantly destroyed or removed from play. Any powers that say so just do D3 hullpoints.
Haywire works as normal except since it cannot actually roll an explode result penetrating hits are effectively reduced to glances.
