This is an idea I've been toying with ever since the new codex has come out. This build takes advantage of Strakens warlord trait and abilities in combat, orders, our ability to take many psykers, and the priests special abilities in combat.
The unit is as follows
Company Command Squad - Colonel "Iron Hand" Straken - 4x Plasma Gunners - Astropath
Primaris Psyker - Mastery Level 2
Primaris Psyker - Mastery Level 2
Ministourm Priest - Plasma Rifle
Ministorum Priest - Plasma Rifle
Dark Angles Allies
Librarian - Terminator Armour - Mastery Level 2 - Power Field Generator
Tactical Squad - Drop Pod with Locater Beacon
The Powers:
This build relies heavily on the following powers to be a real Death Star.
Invisibility Prescience Scantuary Hammerhand Gate of Infinity
I figure the plan will be as follows. The drop pod with locator beacon drops into the middle of your opponents deployment zone. After buffing the command squad joined by the Preists, Psykers, and Librarian, the squad uses gate of infinity to deep strike in beside the drop pod without scattering.
The squad will have 6 plasma rifles, twin linked, ignoring cover with monster hunter. They will have a 3++ which is rerollable in combat, and can only be hit on 6's.

What is the probability the psykers get the right spells? If is less than 75, it's not reliable enough, also are those spells easily cancelled?

Well, it could work, sometimes... with amazingly lucky rolls. The problem is the psychic powers. Only one of the five powers on your list is a primaris power, so your odds of getting all the ones you want are not very good. Assuming you manage to get all of them, you will need 7 successes on your psychic tests to cast them all, which will require an average of 14 dice, which is more than this list can generate. Also note that most of the powers you've selected are from Daemonology, which is going to cause extra wear and tear on your psykers.
If you really want to try this, I would cut down on the number of psychic powers and increase the number of psykers even more. For example, do you really require Sanctuary on top of Invisibility? Invisibility is so amazing all by itself that you'd be better off devoting multiple psykers to Telepathy in hopes of getting it.
