HEY everyone i need your help!
I play Death Korps of krieg and I have a Huge army ! i mean huge! Its made up of tons of tanks and tons of guys, its a large slow moving wall of death... my fastest units are ofcoarse fliers but horses... i mean c'mon! haha
I want to have a smaller army to run alongside mine, for special scenarios and in case a friend wants to try out the game or beef up his force...
I am deciding between two things.
A Vostroyan/ Vallhallan army, lots of infantry, heavy weapons, some chimeras, and few tanks ( either city fight/ winter warfare themed "stalingrad"
Consist of
1 Vostroyan platoon, 3 sqds, and 3 veteran platoons, and the HQ, 3 lascannon teams, almost 100 vallhallans blob some missile luancher teams etc. and run a squad of Armageddon sentinals with lascannons, some chimeras or tauroxes and maybe a manticore or two something to change he look from the DKOK army. but still goes along the line of the same kind of warfare.
or a Elysian drop troop army / Catachans heavily converted to look like gears of war characters, ( so itll make sense that they look much bigger / muscular, / bulkier than the average guardsmen... ide feel bad making all the carmines lol they would all die...
consist of
probably about 3 valkyries,
a platoon of elysians, 1 hq 3 squads, 2 missile luancher squads, ( i need those) 1 sniper special weapons squad, and like 6 sentinals for support, in the valkyries i would put all the gears of war characters and maybe some characters from "aliens" colonial marines or starship troopers.
this would be completely different from the DKOK, being a super fast, airborn units, that will most likely just all end up dying being deployed behind enemy lines etc.
I have the offer up right now for the Vostroyan and vallhallan army, while at the same time i have no leads for the other amryo i need to decide quickly, which one i want to follow up on.
last option would be to get the vostroyans and vallhallans now and wait to do the catachans and elysian drop troops later, what do you think!
