Hello 2 questions 1 If you deep strike a scions platoon (IG codex not TS allies ) do you roll once in reserve for all the units of the platoon or separately ? 2 If you roll on that warlord trait that lets you infiltrate 3 units (general strategic traits board) can you infiltrate a unit in its transport(the rulebook specifies 3 non vehicle units)
Thank you

good questions.
1) you would roll for each element of the platoon separately, eg; platoon command, troop unit 1, troop unit 2. 2) i personally would say yes, the rules give 3 units infiltrate this would then confer to the a transport purchased for that unit. due to the restrictions of infiltrate and the size of a transport vehicle this isn't going to give much of an advantage, most likely you will get 6" closer to the enemy lines + the ability to deploy late in the deployment sequence.
I can see valid arguments against this as it states non-vehicle. Probably best to check with your opponent first.

Hi there,
1: About the roll for reserve, you roll once for a whole platoon and then each unit (squad) is deployed separetely. It is the same for Scions. I can't find where it is exactly stated to quote, damn it!! AM codex: each infantry platoon counts as a single troops choice. A Scion platoon is one single elite choice so...
2: about the infiltrating units, I would say yes with transport as it is an option and not a vehicle unit.... Cheers
