dark angels will win because they have manouverability and the objectives.

the sternguard with grav guns are a nasty threat though

They're only combi-gravs; they'll get 15 shots once per game if they're stationary. The only thing is IH get that 6++ but you'd have to be very lucky. Still it makes that techmarine gunner that little bit better than with any other chapter tactic.
I think the knight will go down to multimelta fire and those three ravenwing support typhoons look good for adding weight of fire to that too.

Would have voted for Dark Angel victory.
