This list is okay. Your Pask unit is the main problem. Punisher Pask is better suited to a tank hunter roll, the math with his punisher cannon says basically he should kill any tank you encounter in one volley. Drop the bolters and the stubber and switch to Multi Melta and Lascannon.
The other think to consider is the roll of his buddy tank. The main reason for him taking an Executioner is the prefered enemy rerolls you are getting to avoid gets hot. However, with Pask you have an ultra expensive unit that is basically a bullet magnet. Those camo nets are not really going to save you from any sort of sustained anti tank fire. And the buddy tank is basically a speed bump to protect pask. It is highly likely he will just get shot up second turn of the game. You are better off switching for an Eradicator with camo nets that is dirt cheap and can afford to die.
This kind of extends to the rest of your tanks. AV 14 still dies pretty easy against the right weapons. They have a lot of guns and sponsons on all of them. In most cases you are just adding a lot of points for not much gain. Especially on those Exterminators, the lascannon and multi melta doesn't match the profile of the Exterminator. A Vanquisher LC, MM tank is a better options. Maybe take one of those with a naked Eradicator and Exterminator.

Looks like a fun list and I agree with most of what Yvain said. Just a heads up though, I find these types of tank lists can be all or nothing. Haha you typically know by turn 3 if you have lost the game. One modification I would suggest is to swap the Taurox for chimeras and reduce down to 2 meltas/2 plas. Also, I find Exterminators are just not worth the points. I would swap them out for either Wyverns, Scout Sentinels or more Erradicators. Hope that helps and let us know what list you go with and how it turns out.
