Well, why not use the Company of the Great Wolf Detachment instead, that way you don't have to pay any troop tax?

Also, with Tiggy, he's good, but you'll need to be rolling for Invis first, and don't count on him getting it! Also, you'll be unlikely to pull it off against a Psychic heavy army. And put him in the drop pod with the centurions, they'll be far too slow otherwise, this way, they'll be in your opponents face turn one along with the Wolves.
