also - use forge worlds Dread Mob and gain a few extra ways to run vehicles.
AV 11 wagon's are pretty sweet - fairly sure you can give them skorcha's too.

Dredd Mob does have worse troop choices for the troop tax, unless you want the Dredds. But Ork Boyz and Gretchin are pretty rubbish right now (at least grots are supposed to be)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the Kill Kannon doesn't remove the transport capacity of the looted wagon. Maybe have a look at the rules. I've heard that Looted Wagons are one of the worst units in all of 40k just because what ever 'build' you make it (transport, tank/fire support) there is a different unit that does it better. Just what I heard. What are your thoughts?

It doesn't, as long as you go by that really badly written WD entry for them... which I do Yeah, but no Nob so no klaw, rokkit launcha is more expensive, have to pay for stikkbombs (big woop), can only get one heavy weapon per mob. On the plus side you can get a Mek to help repair your walkers.

But aren't killa kans Troops choices in the Dread mob or do you still have to take some Boyz?

Killa Kans are fast attack in Dread Mob. Dreads are troops.
Spanna boys are good for the shoota's if you want shoota boys. If you want the other stuff you need to go to the regular codex.
Its a cheap way to add a few boys and a mek or painboy to your list while opening up numerous additional slots for interesting gubbins.
Big Trakks can have lots of fun toys... and Loota's can have looted wagons as dedicated transports.

Gaming tomorrow night and I've had a change of heart regarding my list. Here's the revised one.
HQ: Warboss - Lucky Stikk, Power Klaw, 'eavy Armour, cyborg body. (Warlord) Grukk Face Rippa.
Troops: 30x Boyz. Nob - Power Klaw. Slugga/Choppa. 'eavy Armour. 11x Boyz. Nob - Power Klaw. Slugga/Choppa. 'eavy Armour. Trukk. Reinforced ram, boarding plank. 11x Boyz. Nob - Power Klaw, Boss Pole. Slugga/Choppa. 'eavy Armour. Trukk. Reinforced ram, boarding plank. 11x Boyz. Nob - Power Klaw, Boss Pole. Shootas, 1x Big Shoota. 'eavy Armour. Trukk. Reinforced ram, boarding plank.
(The list will only have one model that is not wysiwyg!)
Let me know what you think!! My first game will be against Khorne Deamonkin. It's going to be a blood bath!!

I understand that the list isn't very fluffy with two war bosses, but I play it off as they were about to fight each other to determine who would lead the waaagh but the deamons turned up first... idonno?

If you have two warbosses on the field they are probably both working for a bigger boss who has sent em out to krump stuff.

Or they could be having a friendly kompertishern to see who collects the most Khorne skulls. Even though Orks are belligerent there's no reason they can't forge temporary alliances. One warboss probably krumped the other before, let him live but as a subservient vassal. *must be read in an Attenborough voice*

Hi all,
Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to do a battle report. We only had enough time to smash out a couple of games each and there were 5 of us so one of us was always relaxing while the others played. On a side note our friend who the night was in honour of, decided to paint one of my warbosses while I played. It was so nice of him and turned out really well. I’m very thankful he did it.
Anyway I went up against my friend who was playing his deamonkin for the first time. I have played them once before so I knew a little what I was getting into. We rolled big guns, vanguard and he got first turn. I didn’t seal. His list was roughly this:
HQ – Herald Elite – 5x Termies with lighting claws Troops 2x 8 man cultists 2x 8 man CSM melta in each 2x 8 man berserkers Fast 2x Raptor squads (I’m sure I’ve forgotten some upgrades here and there but that’s pretty much the list.)
Even thou most of the game seemed to favour me it was never by a lot. Having the speed advantage was really what won me the game. Firstly I was able to choose (without much hindrance) who got assaulted first (never failing one charge, thanks to my warlord trait as well as boarding planks) and lastly, moving flat-out in the final turn I was able to grab objectives. Over the course of the game he summoned two squads of blood letters and a demon prince and I think the FnP army wide buff.
Final score. Orks 5 – Khorne 0.
Although I won all I had left tho was 2 shoota boyz, 3 trukks (1 missing 1 hull point) and my warboss warlord with 2 wounds. He had his herald, 4 termies and about 5 blood letters left. It was a brutal game with massive dead piles. Its was a fun close game even thou the final score didn’t say that.
