Hi all,
Just wanting to get some suggestions for Battle wagons. A friend of mine donated me his half assembled one and I'm unsure how to kit it out. Should I attempt to magnetise all the options or a few key ones or just not bother and run it stock? I'm thinking that kinda like trukks you don't want to spent to much on upgrades.
Please give me all your orkie advice.

Do you want to assault out from the wagon fast or are you using it like a tank? Open topped or not is an important decision. Most Orky players are not happy with the new deffrolla rules, I believe.

More then likely assault. I wouldn't imagine it would be particularly effective as a 'fire base' tank? Would it?

the battlewagon (as chemin pointed out) has 2 main roles:
transport and gun-line support
transport will want a ram and not a lot else unless you have points spare
gun-line can be left open topped so you can put a big mek with shokk attack gun + lootas inside it
You can also consider a killkannon though this counts as ordnance so anything else will snap shot - 24" S7 Ap3 Large Blast isn't bad though, but its far from great too.
I'd consider looking up the rules for Kill Krusha tank and cosider modifying your kit to suit - add a supa-kannon from forgeworld and your most the way there.
