I'm currently torn between offloading old armies and purchasing new ones, so this thread is to help me get some perspective about how many armies other people have.
Here are mine...
- Deathwatch - Blood Angels - Ultramarines - Marines (non-demoninational) - NuMarines (Imperial Fists successors) - Ynnari - Orks
They vary in size, with the NuMarines and Deathwatch being the smallest. I'm eyeballing a Mechanicus force, now that they're one codex, and there's always a chance I'd start Chaos when their codex drops (Iron Warriors and Alpha Legion ftw). I'm considering culling down my Deathwatch to two squads and some flyers, and I'm slowly coming to the realization I'll never paint my Orks or Ynnari, so that leaves their future in doubt. If anyone has an interest in picking up parts (or all of) those armies, hit me up with a PM.
What about you guys? What projects are you thinking of starting? What are you thinking of clearing out?

- Astra Militarium - Tau - Space Marines
I tend to amass big Apocalypse ready armies (even though I'm lucky if I play one game of Apoc a year) so there's that to take into account. All three of my armies where ~8000 points each in the last edition, but I split up my marines into two (three if you count the unbuilt templars) armies.
Templars are still on my to-do list, yet I also want to start another xenos army; I just can't decide which one. When I get the templars sorted I might get rid of my Dark Angels... it depends how much of that army gets cannibalized by the Crusade.

Warhammer has been my main vice for a looong time now. Recently I've been feeling pretty worried about storage and future storage for all my awesome junk.
