I have a mini tourney in November. The guys I’ll be playing with use PL so I’ve written a list with that in mind.

Basically I’ve just thrown in the models that will form the basis of my TAC list moving forward into 9th

Oooh I like how tyraniddy you Nids are! (by which I mean you have lots of warriors).

Solid backbone of shooty units - I love the exocrine! Plus a bundle of psychic attacks makes the list solid on range, a fair amount of up-close nastiness and looks like you've some good staying power holding objectives too.

Which one do you guys prefer?

I think either one will do good, and they'll each look good on the table.. so either or I'd say

I faced a similar list 2 weeks ago (although the Exocrine was in a droppod of sorts) and between the Exocrine firing twice and the Hive Guard getting a second round of shooting from the strategem my elves got shot of the table fairly quickly.
