I’ll finish the Medusa I’m working on then I’ll take some group shots.
Thanks for the interest!

Cool, the weathering turned out great; well worn but not to crazy.

Man those look amazing all together. Definitely more infantry though there are new rumors of plastic Kriege in a set with orks

Thanks mate, yeah I’m counting down the days until Saturday!
Hopefully there will be some Nids stuff announced as well as some Krieg! (I’m a bit greedy!)

Cheers treadiculous!
I watched the 40k Preview and Krieg plastics are go!
They’ll be available in the next Kill Team starter box then separately after that!
If I’m honest, I think the Forgeworld sculpts are better but I’d imagine the GW ones will be much cheaper!
Really happy and excited.

This is really gorgeous. I was thinking the other day how cool a group shot would look when they're all done, and as always you deliver with the awesomeness!
The plastic DKOK are exciting as hell, but I'd be nervous about how they scale compared to the FW ones, given how GW tends to prefer bulkier models.

Thanks RedsandRoyals!! Really appreciate that.
Definitely excited for the plastic Krieg! I’ll pick up a few boxes once I’ve painted my backlog!!
Like you said, it all depends on how they scale up next to each other. The ankles are definitely thicker.
Apart from that they’re looking good. I’m sure once they’re in my colour scheme they’ll all tie in.
Here’s hoping this release is the start of something and not the end!

Here’s hoping this release is the start of something and not the end! Have we heard any more about the plastic krieg? Is this a one off for kill team or will be getting more? Are they all monopose? Also on a semi-related noted, definitely lamenting the loss of the 5 man snapfit for $10 dollar box. 45 bucks for 10 men is going to deter a lot of potential guard players when you need so many.

Apparently they will be released separately from the box!
They are multi posed kits (which is amazing!) with plenty of options and weapons.
GW haven’t given much more than that away for now.
Though I live in hope they’ll make the full range plastic (plastic Deathriders? Yes please!)
Any of you guys gonna pick up a box?

If they're multipart, multipose, I may be tempted...

I'll be getting the kill team box I think, since I like the scenery, the Orks and have some vaague connection to things imperial...
at which point I'll beb asking for advice on how to greatcoat in a catachan style!

It'd be interesting to see where GW takes plastic Kriegsmen. The models in the killteam box look great, and none of the poses are to over the top so you could build a couple of platoons and not have the same 'heroic' sergeant leading each squad.

Batch paintings great for squads. Can be a bit draining but definitely increases uniformity and production haha

Diversity is definitely something I’m looking forward to seeing! I’m still hoping that the Krieg become the new main Guard regiment. I’m not going to purchase anything new (except for maybe another Platoon Command Squad) until I see where things are headed. Plastic Deathriders will now be the dream now that infantry are a go! Walk, I know what you mean, next time I’ll try smaller batches just to take the edge off! Definitely speeds things up though. Next up will be an Earthshaker Carriage. We are His Shovel.

Rule of cool is worth a few extra points.. and the bionic arm is cool for free so it balances out a little.
