Hello everyone! I have a question that i hope you guys can answer. Are Gue'vesa ( Tau Human Auxiliary) teams fully legal or do I have to get my opponent's permission to use them? Thanks in advance for the replies!

Personally I am of the opinion that anyone wishing to play at all Tau needs to get his opponents permission roughly three to six months in advance depending on how motherfornicateingly beardy their army is, but only after four years incarceration in some sort of institute for the criminally unsportsmanlike and being disowned by their family, friends and distant acquaintances for actually playing as a bunch of criminally stupid narcissitic blueskins in armour that appears to be made out of cornflake packets but is in fact somehow miraculously stronger than plate steel.
ANd then they must take a quick trip down to see the Devil in hell. But since they play tau they can't take the elevator like the rest of us, but must rather trek through the entirity of the Pit before going on their knees before Lucifer and pleading with him to allow them to play the army for which games workshop let him design (presumably to stop him smiting them) and which he then retracted his seal of approval from because all the imperial guard players were clogging the express elevator to hell with a fourteen-mile line of sweaty gamers using the elevator to come downto hell and belt him along the side of his head.
But I anticapate that the traitors to the Imperium will probably require your opponents permission. And that of the British goverment. And Amnesty international. And a mink.

Well, according to what I've seen on the US GW website, they're presented in a way that makes them for of a funzie type of add-on to a Tau force, kind of like the "Chapter Approved" stuff. However, something tells me that they're not tourney legal...
