Well, what units do you have and what units does he normally field? I neither know the mortal chaos nor the orc lists. So without some more details, it will be hard to help you.

Black Orcs are tough opponents. They normally don't fight each other. But the tactics is the same as against most others. Charge the enemy with some disposable unit and flank them. Imo you should drop the dogs of war and get another sorceror instead. If you can't fight him without problems, dominate the magic phase. Your army looks much like 2000 points and I can tell you, you'll have great problems with that few magic abilities. Even if you normally don't rely on magic, field more sorcerors. I normally field 4 sorcerors in a 2000points match. Ok, it isn't really comparable since I have to rely on magic with my army, but if you can throw some good spells at you opponent things can get much easier

DoW are imho overrated. And I guess, that most armies will lose access to them with newer armybooks. Vampire Counts for example lost them already (and its not like I'd need them)

I don't know much about chaos but I agree with Knight about your magic being not very strong. Aren't Chaos Knights supposed to be some of the hardest hitting cavalry? As a Wood Elf player I cannot stress the importance of making a flank or rear charge. Also I know their fun to play but Leadbelchers are a massive points sink.

Chaos Knights were long time the hardest unit in the game (execluding characters, lords, and heroes). Now they're only 2nd strongest since the Knights of the Blood Keep are stronger.

"only" 2nd strongest? That is still strong enough - not like he is going head to head against multiple KotBK each game, so it should not make THAT much of a difference.
I'll shut up now, since besides that encouragement (in fielding the second most powerful cavalry in the game), I have nothing positive to contribiute here...

You'll rarely go against KotBK. Not sure what a single Chaos Knight costs, but I'm sure less than 55 points and 17€...
