Ok for the bodies you won't need great conversions. The Armaplast and especially Carapace should really cover all female looks. Biggest problem will be the head. I'll try to use a Woodelf head with a lot of the mighty stuff that's green. If I should finish that I'll try to post a pic asap.

ok. I tried a bit and came to something that could be useful with a bit more of work and training (was my first time modelling hair) With some more tries and a bit more experience on modelling hair this could really work without looking like a hippie

As I read the article on 40k online, I can just say work on the arms. On the one hand they complain about using the normal Cadian bodies by saying that they don't look femine enough and now they use male arms on female bodies. That looks horrible. The arms are bigger then the other parts of the bodies and that looks more like mutation then a females body. So please work on special arms for females, please

but yeah, as skizoman said, they look a bit to bulky and the proportions don't look to natural, but apart from that they look great, i especially like the heads.
and, did you model the whole miniature with greenstuff?, cos im sure thats illegal, if your going to sell it that is.

@ Fiski please stop double posting. If you want to add something use the modify button. And I think it was stated somewhere in the forum rules that one word posts are count as spamming.
@ topic: Commissar just make yourself a commissar. start working with GS and pick a nice female model you'd like to convert. I just started converting that female model from Gortek&Felix to make a female commissar. But also Deamonettes and Dark Elf/Dark Eldar Wytches are a good base for female conversions, that aren't wearing tons of armor

The Esher models from Necromunda are only somewhat usable for commissars as they have far too impressive hairstyles And yes fishki, selling your selfmade minis is illegal. GW has it on it's homepage what you're allowed to do and what not. Normally even conversions would be forbidden, as you alter their trademarks (only GW is allowed to alter their own trademarks) but they allow conversions and stuff like that. But selling selfmade minis, that use things that are copyright protected (the Imperial Eagle for example) is afaik forbidden
