Shouldn't this be in the Army List section? Anyway, it looks nice and infantry heavy. You could do with some Heavy Bolters in some of those squads and maybe some support squads with lascannons. Other than that, it looks fine! Oh... It's spelt 'Leman Russ'...

hehe Lemon. ok srry....uhm, i would ditch the voxes...because ure command squad doesnt have one which makes it pretty useless. Otherwise, ure troop heavy which is good...provides good firing lines.

Vox-casters are only worth anything if you also have one in you command HQ. This makes sense, as your commander wouldn't be able to communicate with his men unless he himself has a vox-caster available. Put one in your HQ squad or don't have any at all.

Well, they can answer to their platoon officers as well. There is nothing illegal about what you have done. The reason why it is best to have a vox-caster (or master vox) in your command HQ is simply because your commander has better leadership than your junior officers. Especially if he has a commissar lurking in his squad.
