Those models look very nice. I like the colour scheme a lot.

well i guess ill give a little lesson on painting faces.
this is how i paint faces.
start with a dark flesh basecoat use tanned flesh over this basecoat, cover the whole face (easier to put tanned flesh over dark flesh) mix 50:50 tanned flesh with dwarf flesh, paint raised areas use dwarf flesh for highlights 50:50 dwaf flesh and elf flesh for even more highlights if you want your miniatures to look a bit more pale, end with a highlight of elf flesh
you can do different tones of skin just by starting at different points of this color scale.
i can give u my own color scale for faces.
bestial brown, dark flesh, tanned flesh, dwarf flesh, elf flesh, bleached bone
those are in order from light to dark.

for the shoulder pads, i lightly outlined them with snakebite leather, and then another highlight of snakebite leather with a little bubonic brown. after i did that, i painted the number 7 on one side, and either a diamond, ace, spade, or clover on the other shoulder. for the designs on the shoulders i first started out with shadow grey, and went over them with skull white.
