I dont understand why everyone likes the stubber more than the Stomrbolter......*checking codex*....mm is it the 3 shots more range and less toping power that does it?

It is a matter of the math involved. more shots equal more wounds equals more saves equals more dead enemy

I like it because of the extra range.

Who dosen't.... 'bolter is only worth it against armies like 'nids or eldar or Guard who have 5+saves.

The stubber, its so much better than the bolter that in fact...one time, I saw a stubber taking a dump on a bolter...true story... They are just better, they look cooler too, more shots = more wounds.

i love the stubber i dont know why....
i guess its because a rarer weapon that very few armies can take. that and the fact that its mostly an ig weapon. or maybe its just because its a fricken machine gun! i dont know why i love them i just do and would put them all on my vehicles.

The DkoK are the only loyalist army that is known that deloys them as Heavy Weapon.
All Guard Vehicals can take them.

heavy stubbers just scream 30. calibre ww2....i like them because they pop more shots than the storm bolter, increasing the chance of killing

Yes, yes they do. I wanna convert one to look like a 1919 Maxim machine gun and have that on me tank!

I've been using M2 .50 Cals as Stubbers on some of my tanks. It gives a little extra flare.
