Those are very nice indeed.. if you ever find out the plans to make them I think the forums here would be very happy to have them I think a few members might like to copy them for sure as well.. Gris

Very Funky. I think wings on the chimera would work well, but other than that they are great, I did the same thing to a sentinel a couple of years ago. I didn't use blade on the top though, I used Tau thruster jet engine thingies. Sorry for the technical terms.lol.

Wow! That is so cool I might try it myself. I can see I am not the first to fit gun shields on stubbers. I like the sentinels.

The sentinels look great and I had thought of making one like that in a way. is it using imperial armour rules and if so what book? is it just the one from the codex but made too look cool for the army? vdr? I'm curious now, looks great

I think it is just using the imperial guard codex rules for sentinels and chimerae.
Very nice for scratch built stuffs.

I don't think the Codex: IG rules for Chimeras and Sentinels are very appropriate.

(In regards to the Chimera based conversion) Well, for a start they're not actually tanks, they have no turrets and no hull mounted lasguns.

Thats why its a conversion, use your imagination and things will be good again, like in the good old days when me and you had an imaginations befores the television smashed it and crippled them so that they would never run with our brains, free in the fields of maniacal idiocy? yes you do!!! So add lasgunnies.

Nothing to make up there mate.. just replace sentinals and chimeras with them.. the largers ones being chimeras and the smaller ones being the sentinals..
Cheers Gris

You can use the VDR rules to represent them as they are quite flyers or at least skimmers....

I love the sentiels. ;D. but to be blunt . I hate the chimera. it just doesn't have the flare that the actual sentiels have. but never the less I would have to say. cool .

The chimeras do look very clunky and boxy. Not what I'd fly

Wow, those sentinal copers look awesome. But I do think for a bigger copter (eg the chimera sized one) a less box chassis is needed.
