O.k, here are my Doctrine's, and why:
Psyker's (Because the people of Volloran feel sorry for them because they are badly treat by others, so they will take any psyker immigrants and provide them with a special mission to live in)
Light Infantry (As they are used to moving through difficult terrain easliy as they live on a planet that is 80% forest and they are very used to sniper rifles as they are given the "safe" equvilant)
Cameleoline (As they are always given special armour that helps them blend in to the forest when they complete schooling, as all Volloran's have to hunt in the jungle for food)
Veterans (As they are incredably strong and at least 50 "strong men" are given to each army)
Close Order Drill (As they are trained to lock together whenever thier villages which they live in are threatened by other humans)

could you provide a link so that i could read up on your army? these doctrines seem designed for a smaller almost feudal army of some sorts.
becareful with psykers and do not rely on them that much. remember that their powers are random and not exactly the best.
every thing else seems pretty good. just once again would like to see some fluff somewhere on this board to read on.

well I like the concept behind the theme, however the only one that doesn't fit in to me is DEFINITELY the close-order drill... light infantry (snipers) + cameoline + veterans = a stealthy, skirmishing, badass force
...and close-order drill doesn't really align to that very well. Might I suggest hardened fighters (goes well with veterans), or sharpshooters (goes well with the whole hunter/forest skirmisher theme). Both would be better themewise than close-order drill, and imo, better in a game than close order drill
