Also, if anybody still watches Selstin, there is a major snag with my writing, turns out Vista office expires...soooo...I can really update now until I buy the full friggin version.

first platoon plus some extras, got myself a bare minimum sized army to mess around with on some small scale battles (using the grenadier docturine obviously.)   working on my las cannon teams next, then my remaining troops and finally the sentinals and leman russ. |

I love the colour scheme, and i don't know how you stay that focused? I particularly like the storm troopers. Quick question, so your not going to scape off the imperial eagles and stuff from their armour?

I play on a black pingpong table, so my bases stay bare for now, that will probably change once I get my own suitable terrain.
and it might be hard to tell but most all the imperial eagles on thess guy's exipment has been defaced by havung a few nasty scars cut into them with an exacto knife.

well gang I just put in an order for 5 snapfit guardsmen and 5 snap fit skeletons, this is going to be an experiment in using the single pose snap together models for conversions, my goal is the prove that these models are not entirely useless by taking these 10 figures and making them into 3 rocket launcher teams using bits from my extra heavy weapon spurs.
wish me luck and expect to see pictures as soon as I got them.

well the rocket launchers came out looking alright, not the best heavy weapon conversion I have ever seen but I think they will work out.
I have no camera at the moment otherwise I would show off some more pictures of things like, Las Cannons! painted mostly dwarf bronze and boltgun metal, Necromunda Redemptionists! looking sinister in their blood red robes and chaos black hoods, and more Stormtroopers! painted up to look like the rest of the squad.
while I continue to work on this project I've also started a few things on the side, my loyal IG have a new chimera and an AF squad of Steel Legion minis painted in the blue and grey of the Zyros 1st regiment, meanwhile my Space Marine chapter, The Golden Swords, have got a bit more love in the form of a new terminators, also got a ton of chaos marines to paint up in the colors of the black legion along with a couple chaos spawn, and 3 Ork biker boyz, oh yeah, and an Eldar Wraithlord that I just repositioned.
