Might have to commission you in the future to do a few weapons for me. Thinking a couple las-guns and a bullpup configuration of one as well. Not to mention would love to see what you can do in making a melta gun pssst dont mention the Word Melta or Plasmagun to the Lt.... ;D

Killing people for real is not cool though I'm absolutely NOT going to get into a discussion about this topic here, but I DO have to say this: I am joining the army within a year and a half as a Cavlary Scout. I AM going to Ranger School and I will pass. And I will have to kill people in my job. Someone's gotta do it, because there are bad men out there (like ELDAR!) That is all. And Watts: get well. Sorry you got wounded, but the Emperor admires your sacrifice Well, congrats for joining the army man. Where ya going to basic at? And is Ranger School in your enlistment contract? And if you got any questions about the army/basic feel free to PM me as I am currently active army

That may be part of your chosen profession and I'm fine with that...but I do have a bit of a problem with people who go around claiming that killing is fun. Most things that are necessary are not for fun. Right, I'll leave it at that. Take it easy on the hand Watts, best wishes.

@zim: "As for the Elysian Sniper Rifle...is it possible that you do another Elysian Lascarbine and do the Sniper Conversion?" My Idea is NOT a elysian sniper rifle....is a light version of an heavy bolter, smaller caliber( 20mm instead the 30mm used by the HB), better targeting equip and easier to handle...! a radio operator with a sniper carbine..... No..the radio operators geht a shorter M36 variant, without a stock like the tank crew members, eventually a shorter barrel. The elysian equip is only for the fighting squad members, not for the support units I think industrial rails are practicable................ Greets Watts

*brabbels to himself*..."hmm so my plasmapistol will be legal as a Crew Member *ggg*"...
As long as the Carbine is not as heavy as the M36 its fine...you know my problem at the moment...
Right now i experiment with magnetic purity seals. But for my Flak Jacket i need a better solution...

"As long as the Carbine is not as heavy as the M36 its fine...you know my problem at the moment..." The M36 weapons in the new style, are built only with 1mm sheets. And your problem is´nt a problem at this point, because as an radar specialist you are´nt on daily search&destroy patrols Talk to von Rott, he has done two purity seals with an magnetic fixing, I have seen them on "operation darkwater" Greets Watts

Watts, stop injuring yourself! otherwise the commissars may see it as a dereliction of duty other than a cool scar, will you make a full recovery?

kommissar: You know, it is a harder punishment for me to have no chance to work on the project instead get execution by an kommissar The medics hoping for full recovery, in one fingertip I miss the feeling for something( but that could be a short time irritation, the Doc says) After the accident, there was a lucky detail...in the next street, before you reach my factory, is one of the best german specalized clinik for accident victims...(1000mtrs away..) Tomorrow I get the first training to move the fingers.......at this moment I can close the Hand only to the half way, then it hurts in a fantastic way ;D ssgtdude: Greets Watts

Once you get to Physical Therapy see if you can't get a hold of some stuff called Theraputty.
It is a putty that never hardens. They have different strengths of it. It is the closest thing to a liquid while still being considered a solid. Great fun that you can manipulate it into all sorts of fantastic shapes, but never can retain them. Even if you drop it on the carpet it will not stick to it. After you have used it for your hand to get back your mobility and flexibility it makes for a great masking to do camo patterns (paint fast).

Sounds great. Even after his treatment you guys will have fun with it. My daughter loves playing with it herself and I don't worry about it getting stuck in her hair or smashed into the carpet.

Get well soon,
From my experience accidents with machine tools happen awful fast, I was lucky only to loose a couple of finger nails to mashed fingers and in another incident received some bad burns. Heal up quick.
