Right, for me, I just have two things for flesh Tallarn Flesh basecoat, with an Ogryn Flesh wash. using a standard brush for the hands, and a detail brush for the faces. I will try to do more detail later, but if someone beats me to it then your welcome.

You want my advice? black basecoat, very light coat of dwarf flesh to keep some of the dark lines and add a tiny bit of depth to the faces, then done.
You probably don't want my advice.

I just layer dwarf flesh onto black, followed by elf flesh and a highlight of whit/elf flesh

i agree with 3ff3ct just having a dawrf flesh basecoat and an elf flesh highlight is the most realistic

my way: basecoat schorched brown. then mix schorched brown with dwarf flesh 3:1 (3 parts of SB and 1 of DF) and highly drybrush. then, another layer, to your mix add DF in 3:1 (to your mix add 1/3 part of DF). a bit lighter drybrush. then, more dwarf flesh. even lighter drybrush. another mix - dwarf flesh + elf flesh in 3:1. very light drybrush. then elf flesh+dwarf flesh in 3:1 (to elf flesh add a bit of dwarf flesh). on very, very accented edges (like nose, ears or ends of fingers). at the end, little dots of elf flesh. commissar.proboards22.com/index.cgi?board=picpost&action=display&thread=2674&page=1here you have my minis, you can see way i paint skin on commissars, ogryns, standard bearer and senior officer.

heres a quick, rough shot of a guy i'm working on now. heres how i done it. just a good light flesh tone, not too thick, over the model, then using the new citadel ogryn flesh wash, i pretty much applied the wash over the entire face, then used a brush to soak up areas that i felt should not have much depth to them. obviously you should use more of the wash in deep creases in the face, like ears, eyes, and carefully, the back of the cheek bones. once dry, i used the same flesh tone as before, and applied some careful highlights, the top of the ears, the higher points of the cheek bones, a few touches around the nose and forehead ect. it's really easy, just use a fine tipped brush (as fine as possible) to apply the highlights, and take your time with them, apply alittle in one place you feel is good, and if it needs more, add a tiny bit more, or come back to it later, and apply a small amount everywhere you think highlights should be.

green stuffed the hair. empire warhammer fantasy sigmar priest with his hands chopped of (the original model had two hammers) and a chaos plasma pistol and chainsword, the PP is the one without the skull. i picked chaos wargear due to the barbaric look, thye look slightly more low tech, more honoured artifact than massproduced weapon

Could just use my method, and splat the flesh areas with dwarf flesh.
