Well that is strongly depending on the cartoons/anime Some of them I wouldn't recommend for children as they're either violent (many examples for that) or they wouldn't understand very well (for example Kim Possible as they're refering to many old spy-movies that are partially older then me...) But everyone like to waste his/her time another way and I have to say that watching such stuff on TV is a nice background to paint

Ok on the cartoon front.. I am currently watching a classic cartoon.. not anime.. cartoon.. ready?? ok THUNDER THUNDER THUNDERCATS HOOOOO!!!!!!! It is so sad to see how they introduce the morale of the story into the show.. but thinking back I might force any children I might have one day to watch them while they are young and not know of other shows.. That and I am watching Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society.. the lastest movie from the SAC series.. didnt get to finish it last night but so far it is very intense and very well done.. and that is anime.. Cheers and here is hoping this gets back on track to anime/cartoons that we all like to watch and would recommend to others

Actually no. Unless you consider playing 40k and watching cartoons as normal, but I somehow have the same problem. So perhaps it is indeed normal

its a movie.. and not the best to get you into it.. more of a classical type of anime from one of the fore-fathers of anime..
Just picked up a few Transformer Animes.. they sure can draw Transformers differently.. though possibly too Gundum Wing style..
Also been watching, Heroic Age, Skull Man, Hayato, Claymore, and Hungry Heart Wildstriker lately.. good stuff
Cheers Gris
