Defensive list: This looks pretty good! More Mark of Nurgle might be nice, or some Plague Marines. Their weapon choices aren't exactly the same, but a pair of Plasma Guns isn't exactly a bad choice. It would add a nice Fearless + Feel No Pain tar pit to distract the enemy, also.
First Offensive list: How does this list deal with tanks? Unless you always play against someone who never uses them, every list has got to have a way to deal with tanks. You could vaporize a unit of Lesser Daemons to pass around Meltas and Combi-Meltas for the Terminators, and enemy armor would be much less of a problem.
Second Offensive list: This is going to sound weird, but Mark of Khorne is the worst mark to give your Daemon Prince. The Lord is fine with it, but the Daemon Prince already has a lot of attacks and high strength. He's a close combat monster. You can do other things with the Daemon Prince to make him much more versatile. If you're morally opposed to the Lash of Submission, at least consider Nurgle or Tzeentch. Higher toughness will make him all but impossible to wound with 3/4 of the game's weapons, and Tzeentch can give him a better invulnerable save against the weapons he'd actually have to worry about. Both allow him to take psyker powers, and those powers are quite good. With no powers, the only thing he can do in the shooting phase is run, and he doesn't have fleet. Also, Mark of Nurgle and Warptime should prove an interesting combination.

Krak grenades are... eh. In most situations you want something that can kill a tank for reals (and you'll have a hell of a time with walkers).
