Are those crisis suit weapons glued together? If not, I'll mention my thoughts on them.
Overall, this is a pretty decent list, though I'm iffy on all the Crisis Suits having different weapons if the intention is to have them in the same unit as they all serve a different purpose.
I like the Firewarrior teams, just wish there were a couple more in the Pulse Rifle squads, as even with the Bonding Knives, they're going to break easily and possibly even wiped out before there is even a chance to take advantage of them.
One other question, is that Broadside a Team Leader as well? If he's not, he can only have one of the upgrades you gave him, as Broadsides don't have access to Battlesuit Wargear, only one Support System.

broadside suit is a team leader
I can drop a piranah for 6 firewarriors...all three and have 3 full sized squads if you think it would be better.
the guns on the battle suits are glued...I would not have made them that way...but this is my brother's army, would they work better if they ran around on their own?

Dropping one of the Piranha to get more FW's would be a good idea, as you can split then split the Piranha into 2 single squadrons and run them as either Fire Support for the now larger Pulse Rifle squads, late game objective deniers with their Flat Out move, or as flank harassment units.
For the suits, keep the Plasma Rifle, Missile Pod with the Commander, as those two would work best as a team with the Commander's anti-light infantry weapons, and the Bodyguard's ability to break light vehicles and med-heavy armored infantry.
For the third suit, run it on its own as a Monat, drop the Multi-Tracker, because the things you'll be shooting at with the Fusion Blaster are much different than what you'll be shooting at with the Burst Cannon, and use those points to buy a HW'd Target Lock for either the Commander or his Bodyguard. This will allow the Bodyguard to pop a transport, and the commander to drop the cover ignoring template from his AFP on the remains of the unit inside.

You could drop the piranhas, and instead use a Stealth team. Give 2 of the suits fusion blasters with target lock, and everyone else gets burst cannons and targeting arrays. Yes, a bit more expensive, but the BC stealth suits can shoot up the infantry, and then have your FB suits target a nearby vehicle. They have several advantages over the pirahnas:
1.) stealth suits, makes them roll night fighting shooting at greater than 12''. 2.) there are 6 of them, leaves you room for casualties, without the downside of a squadron. 3.) they put out more shots.
They may be a bit more expensive, but they will soak up a lot of shooting, but still complete their job.
They will be 234 points. I'm sure you could find 50 or so points to drop. Just a suggestion, they always worked well for me, maybe you'll have different results.
