Along with the basic teachings, Students at the education centers also learn about the emporer's imortal power, and become indoctrined to obey the emporer's laws , just as in any normal imperial planet. However, it is important to understand that Outcasts have a great tolerance for "xenos" and thier technology, which often leads the imperium to brand outcasts as traitors and heretics. As thier education proceeds, each student is given an exam which places them within a certainjob within "Home". These jobs can range from manning the defence turrets as part of the milita, to maintaining the planets' power core running smoothly. Also, the the teenage population is trained in basic warefare, learning hand-to-hand combat, along with a very basic use of low-grade weapons. Along with this, teens are also physically conditioned, the trainers forcing them to run for varying distances in higher-than-normal gravity. Afterwards, the students finish thier formal education, specializing in certain fields.These fields are pre-selected from the generalised aptitude tests. [glow=green,2,300]-Military Sciences-[/glow] The majority of the Loyal Outcasts' military force is based upon cloning. These clones are generaly based of exceptional beings, heros, and geneticly unique individuals. The main DNA sample that is used for the clones however, has been modifided over time to create a more universal trooper. The clone troopers are trained nearly from birth, learning advanced warefare arts and a good amount of medicinal treatments, as well as being physically trained by verterans of at least twenty 'Outcast Crusades'. The clones are motivated exceptionally well, earning all of thier luxuries from thier performance on the battlefield. The part of the militarty that is not made up from clones are given varying titles, depending on thier role on the battlefield. The most well-known branch of this volenteer portion is the "Innovators". This elite group of individuals invented the bulk of the Outcasts' wargear, and are extreamly dedicated to the Outcasts' cause. Wielding the most powerful wargear, these individuals are seen as the heros of the Loyal Outcasts, as only 1 in every 7.96 million people manage to join the innovator's ranks. Along with thier advanced weapondry [deemed:'Hereticus Extremis' by inquisition and the Adeptus Mechanicus] then loyal outcasts seem to have discovered unnaturally effecient teleportation methods, along with xeno-based cloaking technology. Fragments that have been recovered from captured troops indicate that most of the teleportation technology only works across short distances, leading 'experts' on the Outcasts to believe that any ships that function with [or defected with] The Outcasts also possses advanced cloacking and sensor evasion technology. Nice stuff. Just one little Inquisitorial info. Clones are afaik always an act of 'Haereticus Extremis' (especially genetically altered once) and normally that leads to an exterminatus. The reason why the Afriel Strain project is a matter of top security. Also if your clones aren't 'sanctioned' (read created) by the Ad Mech they'll most likely be after them as well So perhaps a little adaption would work well. Keep going

[glow=red,2,300]uploading file 2/2 ........decrypting ........done[/glow] [glow=green,2,300] The Loyal Outcasts file [2/2] [/glow] -recorded tactics and strategies- The Loyal Outcasts have become unusually skilled in evading any and all forms of detection, so the following files have been colected from guardsmen who where at the location of the Outcasts' ''involvment'' during battle. Usually, the Outcasts enter combat in three steps: 1) Cloaked ship(s?) enter orbit above the main combat zone. 2) Advanced teleportation beacons are placed in critical loctaions along the battlefront. 3) The troops and armour are teleported directly onto the battle field, usually surprising both the victims and the defenders alike. From various recolections, it has been noted that the Outcasts utilise heavy equiptment and long-range support, in the form of cruise missles from low-orbit gunships, or hacking into the battle-net's comms and ordering artillary fire in very specific locations. The main infantry base usually ocupies a ruin or fortified location and utilise unsual weapon systems which seem to operate at medium to long range. Following the initial insertion of the infantry, heavy armour is then teleported near these makeshift "bunkers" and proceed to charge directly at the enemy lines. While the tanks and transports cross no-man's-land, long-range support [both from the infantry line as well as from gunships and/or artillary] pin any possible threats to the armoured assult. Once the armour reaches range, the tanks proceed to demolish any major risks to the infantry, while select squads of clones charge into the enemy lines, capturing any vital objectives and eventually moving into the enemy's own fortifications. After the enemy's line has been pushed back, The Outcasts seem to either teleport to another beacon down the line, or teleport away from the planet and dissapear completely from the battle, appearing on another system mere days later. Although it is extremly rare, there have been cases where Imperial commanders realise hat the Outcasts are working in thier midst, and order thier troops into combat against them. In these cases, the Outcasts imediatly jamm comunications of the unfourtunate commander and engage them head on. From tales told from the survivors, The Outcasts' infantry immediatly teleport away from the imperial lines and begin thier assult. In all of the survivors' tales, the Outcasts delploy and attack with the same doctrine, only focusing on head figues, starting from platoon command squads and quickly changing to higher prioety figures, leaving the remaining infantry orderless and for all intents and purpoises, useless. -Important Notices- -Bounty- The Inquisition and the Adeptus Mechaniqus have both deemed the Loyal Outcasts hereticus extremeus, and hold extreamly high rewards for those who manage to destroy, capture, or disable the Outcasts' home ''system''. A few number of regiments [and even a small detachment of space marines of the Space Wolves chapter] have attempted to achieve this mission. None have returned. -Important Information [eyes only]- Although the Inquisition has attempted multiple times to delpoy exterminatus on the Outcasts' artificial planetoid and "colonies", the Outcasts' home system is located prevents all but the bravest [or most foolish] Navigators from attempting to guide a ship to the system. The system is located at the very edge of the storm of the emporer's wrath warp storm. In fact, the system is so close to the storm that it is engulfed by the storm for long periods of time. Additionally, It seems that interferance from nearby spacial anomaly sometimes disrupts the protective shields of a ship in warp transit, dooming the crew to the warp. =end file 2/2= (author was executed by Inquisition for heresy aprocimatly three terran years after article was published.) Be advised, since primary contact with the outcasts, the effectiveness of all named regiments has greatly increased, deployment speed has nearly halved in some cases. The named regiments have also seen a great reduction in casualties, and also seem to dissapear from sensors for days at a time between assignments. The conection between Drang and the Outcasts seems to be on an unstable ground, as some reports show that Drang and the Outcasts' leader [deemed Srgt. Master in the reports] have fought on various ocasions. The commanders have denied all relations to the outcasts, and even provide a steady source of Outcast prisonors. What the significance of this is, remains to be seen. thought of the day: An open mind is like a fortress with it's gates unbarred and unguarded [glow=green,2,300]=end file=[/glow]

[glow=green,2,300]file 1: James Majune[/glow]
James Majune
This Commander is believed to be the initial founder of the Loyal Outcasts, being the commander who ordered his men to attack the Adeptus Mechanicus who were chasing no more than one hundred escaped heretechs. Additionally, this man also allowed the heretechs to modify his soldiers' equiptment, allowing them to successfully take over a navy vessle and escae into the warp.
Before becoming an Outcast, he was a commander of a Cadian regiment that was sent to mars due to the treachery of the warp. The Ex-Commander's career summary was one mostly unexceptional, following the the various volumes of the Tactica that he possesed. In fact, he has the largest amount of the volumes that has been seen in nearly any commander of the Imperial Guard. As a guardsmen, James was an exceptional soldier, saving various soldiers from the enemy on more than a few occasions.
However, once he reached the status of Commander, he begun investing in various heretical researches. These researches spread from xeno/imperial weapondry to unsanctioned cloning. Once the Inquisition was warned of the heretical actions of the commander, he attempted to escape justice by battling with the Acolytes sent to retrieve him for 'questioning'.
After his Escape, Ex-Commander James Majune has dissapeared from the Imperium, apperently hiding in the starbase deemed "Home" or within one of the outposts the Outcasts have built in various locations in deepspace.
No up-to-date information is available about the whereabouts of the Ex-Commander, if he is found, immediate execution is recommended.
[glow=green,2,300]=end file 1=
begin file 2:Clone Two[/glow]
Clone Two
Very little is known about this unsanctioned clone, but there is more information avalable due to his more frequent appearances in Imperial space. As many of the the clones in the Oucasts' forces, he looks unremarkable in nearly any way. The only physical aspect that sets him apart from ordinary clones is the increadible series of bionics that cover both legs and most of his chest. This bionics are essencial for his survival due to the fact that they maintain his flesh alive.
Intellegence point these injuies to a failed experiment with an anti-matter containment field. Due to the unique nature of antimatter, the burns that Clone Two accuired did not heal. Due to the bionics, Clone two is additionally unsuited for front-line combat, and is rarely seen fighting the enemy head-on. Instead, he is usually seen manning the Ultima Cannon, the weapon that was born from his nearly fatal mistake.
Clone Two is believed to be the remaining clone from the time of the Outcasts' origin, and is reviered throughout the clones as a hero.
If an Imperial Commander manages physically contact the clone, termination is ordered by the Adeptus Mechanicus.

As of M41, 996, The force self-named "The Loyal Outcasts" has been pardoned and has rejoined the ranks of the Imperium! Rejoice!
After many millennia, the Storm of the Emperor's Wrath, allowing an Inquisitorial force, along with various Space Marine forces, to assault the planetoid deemed "Home". After a fierce war, the force Commanders of the Inquisition and the Space Marines managed to breach the inner bastions of the fortress-world and battled the leader [Codename: Srgt. Master].
During the battle, Srgt. Master displayed a strong reluctance to battle, often retreating and allowing the Imperial forces to claim 98% of the planet by the battle's end.
After being cornered at last, the nearby storm suddenly hurled forth daemons and chaos-worshipers. During the onslaught, Srgt. Master saved the Inquisitor from a deathblow from a Hell-blade by throwing himself in the blade's path, Sustaining massive damage to his life-sustaining Bioni-

I, Inquisitor [glow=red,2,300]********[/glow]Have decided to allow the force known as the ''Loyal Outcasts'' to remain in existence, and to continue their work even if they have committed the direst techno-heresy. As such they have agreed that they forsake any and all planets they conquer to the name of the imperium, as well as continuing to provide their support in the Emperor's wars against the enemies within and without.
In exchange, I have agreed to allow them to continue their current path of (although despicable, useful) xeno-research and heretical sanctum -obviously turning in any latent psykers and other dangers that even they refuse to hold over to the inquisition- as well as the secrecy of 45% of their ''deep-space'' locations.
Additionally, they refused to allow me to present them with a new name for their regiments, claiming to wish to keep their name as a Honor to those lives they lost during the years of fighting between us.
My the Emperor smile upon this return of his faithful servants to the Glorious Imperium.
Additional: The Adeptus Mechanicus has contacted me and declares that they will refuse to accept them as friendlies, and will take whatever measures they can to continue thier conflict against the Outcasts. I responded that they may do as they wish, as long as it does not involve the risking of war material and tactical assets (military, industrial, or otherwise) between the Outcasts and the Imperium.
