Seems like some form of Heresy has befallen the Inquisitor in question... Although with my questionable links to the Eldar of Ulthwe, I don't suppose I should really be making waves/accusations... Now, if I was closer to the "Storm of the Emperors Wrath" than my current location (the Halo Stars), I'd feel it my Inquisitorial responsibility, and duty, to investigate further... but there is far too much work to be done here... Keep it up Srgt. Master - it's interesting

Done! Presenting files:[/glow] Loyal Outcast Industrial Collection, Overview of 'Big Four'. Although all of the factories ultimately serve the Cause, It is important to note that the industrial might of New Rise is not monolithic. In fact, it is composed of dozens of manufactoriums both grand and minor. In this volume, we shall look into the four main corporations in the three branches of standard industry. Adepta Neo-Mechanicum[/u] Inarguably the single largest capital-good producer on New Rise, ANM traces its founding to the original ''here-techs'' that broke off from the Adeptus Mechanicus of the Imperium. Although they maintain their bionic replacement doctrine from their parent Adeptus, it is important to understand that that is about the extent of their important similarities. Unlike the Adeptus Mechanicus, the ANM is a non-religious corporation which does not penalize innovation and invention. This difference is one of the underlying reasons for their continued hostility against the Outcasts in general. The ANM is the largest main production lines on New Rise, and as such provide a wide variety of goods, both in the shape of capital goods (sold to other corporations to create war-material and consumer goods) as well as actual finished products. Their designs tend to stem from the original Standard Construction Templates which the original Tech-Priests brought with them. Additionally the also provide many of the Tech level 1 (Meta Level 1-4) weapons and armor, providing relatively cheap gear upgrade packets for milita-men and civilians. Virgin Galactica IndustriesUnlike ANM, VGI is a relatively young corporation, possessing the fewest, but most efficient, main production lines. They came up after the introduction of a few Terran dissenters who were exiled due to their curious nature. Although they did not qualify for Innovator Status, they built up their corporation around the idea of constant design improvements and research. Today, VGI is one of the top commissioners of the Innovator's Union as well as one of the best production line improver in the business. It is not uncommon for 10-25% of the VGI's manufactoriums to be undergoing upgraders, as well as constantly releasing newer versions of weapons. Virgin Galactica Industries is the Adepta Neo-Mechanicum of vehicular construction and design. Although they focus more on aerospace design and construction, they also produce a fair amount of equipment and war gear. VGI currently holds the most advanced (Tech Level 3, Meta 3) Cloaking devices in all of New Rise. The Trademark of VGI is their exceptionally fast, light, and agile vechiles. From transports to cruisers, VGI has undoubtedly the best engine and shielding units of vast majority of the other corporations. However, they are also reputed to provide some of the most advanced, if somewhat under-effective armors and weapon systems in all of the corporations (Tech Level2,Meta3 - Tech Level 3,Meta2). Royal Black Watch United Manufactoriums[/u] Another young and promising corporation, Royal Black Watch is a heavy industry powerhouse, holding access to some of the oldest and least effective production lines in all of New Rise. Incredibly, they are somehow able to kick out enough materials to maintain an edge over it's competitors. The edge in question stems from the fact that even with ineffective production lines, RBW manages to provide their products with incredibly low cost and massive availability. As Virgin Galactica is for high-tech, Royal Black Watch is to rugged, tried-and-true material. Like VGI, RBW has some of the least advanced military-grade weapons (Average is Tech 1, Meta 4.5) available in their main production lines. What they lack in technological prowess is more than made up in sheer durability and reliability of their equipment. Focusing mostly of Heavy Armour and Solid-Projectile weapons, it is not uncommon for their gear to effectively complement Virgin Galactic's weaknesses with its own strengths, providing second-to-none armor and heavy weaponry. RBW also specializes in missile systems, occasionally providing milita-grade missile/rocket systems (a very rare combination, because missile systems are usually above milita-grade tech-access by two Phase levels to one whole Meta Level). The Innovator's UnionFounded by the first wave of Innovators, the Union (as its known) Has since expanded and evolved into a massive developmental behemoth, constantly producing dozens of experimental designs, many of which stem from Battle-Innovator's "Field Tests" on their tours of combat. At any one time, nearly a third of the 'workforce' is out of New Reach. However, all employees eventually return and unload all their stored blueprints into the data-storage of one of the New Rise Innovator's Union data-banks. Unlike most corporations, the IU does not actually produce much in the way of material, producing only broad Tech-Level-spectrum electronics. The real products of the Union is Design research and development, as well as invention and innovation. Composed of 86.75% of the Outcast Innovators, as well as the top 12% of inventors, the Union constantly is commissioned by other corporations to look into more effective, efficient, and powerful designs. Obviously, they share close ties with Virgin Galactica Industries, gaining much of the income with production line improvement contracts. [glow=green,2,300]End File.[/glow]
