It aint nice having carnifexes and hive tyrants stomping towards ure army covered in an inumerbale swarm of blade slashin, bio-weapon wielding gaunts that seem to catch ure attention more than the big boys cos of theyr fleet of foot, esp when they go first turn...well thats my story...lol ftyranids and flesh dont relly mix...hehe and by the time u fend off those little buggers...in come the armoured reinforcements that eventually annhialte the rest of ure army cos ure tanks or heavy weapons are either destroyed or hav lossed 75% of the squad.
Commanders, help is required!

Hmmm, nids... not my fav either. My bro has nids and they are always trouble, his army sounds very different to the one you faced tho, lots of swarm and genestealers, not too many big creatures.
I find you need a lot of troops to act as a shield to your other more useful units. Snipers are good against any sort of monsterous creatures, and a Hellhound for taking out massed troops.

Or if your using a very specialized army...such as mine, made almost entirely out of stormtroopers and you find it hard to contend with numbers, use heavy weapons and armoured support to help u cleanse the area, ordnance and heavy artillery help alot. But if ur heroic, then use my all time favourite, grind them down wave by wave....
