No they didn't . But Sisters always did.

I don't really see why the Inquisition needs it's own codex at all if GK, SoB, etc aren't in the codex. The only units you'd have is Inquisitorial Stormtroopers, Assassins, and the Inquisitors themselves. Pretty much everything else would be available to them by requisitioning forces - so, again, the best idea I could imagine is the apocalypse style codex of units that can could be used by different forces (that was mentioned earlier). It could also be a reasonable money spinner for GW - £15 to £20 for the book, which would be bought by at least six races players (off the top of my head - 4 Imperial factions, 2 eldar factions). Hell, most of the units (such as Harlequins/Inquisitors) would be pretty much ready to copy a paste into the book with maybe a couple of minor alterations.
Sisters - Deffinately should have their own "pure" codex, if for no other reason than they can make a complete army (in the same way as Marines/Guard) without needing any other influences/none sisters entries.
Grey Knights - I can see why they could have their own codex, for the same reasons as any Marine Chapter, but I'd be worried about just getting a (more) elite version of yet another Marine force.

I always thought GK were very nice looking minis, but never thought that they'd be worth the points on the tt.

That's because they're overpriced with lots of rules that don't work anymore.

In power armour? Never worth it, heh... I like the Terminators though. Only marginally more expensive than a common SM one, much better at killing infantry, WS5, Fearless and even some rules that don't work anymore.

As far as I remember, there are a few that don't work at all, and some that are just oudtdated - best thing to do is to check out the FAQ on the GW site.

"Inquisitorial Storm Troopers brought in-line with guard STs."
Hmm. Does this mean they're troops choices or elites, though?

The rumors look fairly interesting, but I'll have to wait for the Codex itself.

I'd have thought they'd be the same rules as Guard ones (possibly/hopefully with the choice of exchanging Hellguns for Marine strength shotgun to represent arbites), but be a troops choice.
Though I can't see them really having a place in a codex that didn't contain Inquisitors. They're not Sister of Battle/Grey Knight/Deathwatch storm troopers after all.

And if they're deployed with Grey Knights, they lose, even if you win.
Frakkin' Grey Knights...

I'm kinda iffy on the rending for Nemesis Force Weapons, especially just making the Justicar the equivalent of a mook with an extra attack, but I guess it's for balance?
Though giving GK Termies Storm Shields and Nemesis Weapons just seems wrong to me. And honestly something I'd rather take over TH/SS.

Grey Knight storm shields will give a 2+ inv save. Because they're Grey Knights.

But then he'll roll all snake eyes and the real tragedy will be that those brave souls who stood against the forces of the immaterium all fell like wheat before a scythe, as I shot them with 3 Punisher Gatling cannons..

I'd still prefer to use the Exterminator with it'a Autocannon funk and three heavy bolter groovyness. Just seems both more reliable and cheaper...
Also, in the June WD, it mentions that the Witch/Daemon Hunter codexes are going to be available to download for free (which I'm suspecting means the existing/old codex. This then gives them free reign to remove the codex from the shelves without outright saying they're updating the codex... doubt the online PDF version will be a new codex - just the old ones with FAQ's included.

A staffer at my local GWS has said that there will definitely be a combined codex for Witch Hunters, Daemonhunters and Inquisitors
