This question is fluff related so if it should be in fluff I apologize. But I figured since it dealt with Tau in general that it might go here.
So I've been tossing around this idea of Merc IG for awhile now, and once I heard that the Eldar would probably just get my poor well to do mercs killed I figured it would make sense for the Mercs to have worked with the Tau. Since hey, they're nice like that.
The CO of said merc regiment has a very Straken-esque bionic arm, which I thought would be kind of cool to have been upgraded by the Tau as a way of saying thanks for all the help. Because hey it would look different than the standard robo arm.
But here's the problem, I haven't found a single place that has anything about how the Tau would handle bionics!
So my question is, if the Tau made a bionic arm what in the name of Farsight's big red battle suit would it look like?!
Thanks!

Take a few random bits from battlesuits and fire warriors and puzzle something together.

Try using an arm from the plastic stealth suits. The arm from a Crisis would be a bit big.

I'd suggest that, if it was one made originally for a Tau, you'd want the hand/finger layout to resemble a Tau's hand/fingers... that would also be a good way to make it stand out model wise as a Tau bionic.
If the Tau had made it for the Human in question, I'd suspect it would closely resemble a normal Imperial Bionic... but maybe you could try a Necron limb? Might look a tad more advanced?
