Recently me and a mate, after playing another DA V.S. Orks match decided to spice things up alittle with a set of increasingly complex rules for Drunk Orks.
Ork Town-
Begin the game by covering the table with buildings, clearly marked out streets, and p'raps a few little extras, e.g. Trukk parking bay, pile of super high explosives et.
The game begins as a 750 point match.
Every turn D6 Orks spawn from pre-elected areas, e.g. Barracks.
These may be used as individuals or squads.
Individuals-
Roll a D6 on "spawning"
1-2 Lil' bi' tipsy: The Ork must move into base contact with the nerest Ork Boy. Proceed to use the Tipsy Chart. If no orks are close enough to for the Tipsy ork to move to, he takes a well earned rest and may not move or assault that turn. He may shoot as BS6.
3-4 Drunk: The Ork will fire at the first thing that moves into his guns range at BS6. If its a Tipsy Ork or Grot that does so, the Drunk Ork will fire 2D6 shots
5-6 Awww: The Ork will fire on aything that moves within double his standard range at BS6. If any Orks are spawned within D6 of him, taht gain the Awww, resault, a baby Waaagh will be created. Roll for each model within 6 inches of the Awww Orks respctivly. They all recieve the Waaagh special rule, and their Drunk rules are henceforth ignored. Bar the BS6.
Tipsy Ork Table-
1- Are yoo been drinkin ma Fungus Beer? - The "Other" Ork opens fire on the Tipsy Ork at BS4. It's hard to miss an ork at that range.
2-5- Join me for a Fungus Beer! - The Orks move towards the area from which the Tipsy Ork "Spawned"
6- What are yoo tryn ta do to me? - Resolve Comabt between the two orks. With the Tipsy Ork at initative 1.
There are heaps more where those came from.
Trukk Wars!
Speeding Wartrukks, Ork Boys leaping from one to another, resaulting in mid air combat. And yes. An airborne Ork Boy can do a Barrel Roll...
Me and my mate actually came up with a game called Ork Town, which is an almagamation of Necromunda, Space Hulk and all the wackiness you see above.
I intend to post a new chunk of the rules every day if I can.
Maybe every second...
What do you think?
