The tyrant seems a bit points heavy, although these lists would be great against MEQs I think you'd struggle against horde armies. I do like the obscene amount of warriors though ;D

It seems to me like the Warriors and Stealers might do better spread out into more Units. 9 Warriors plus a Prime is kind of overkill against most stuff, but will still get thrashed by a lot of Units with Hidden PowerFists. 5, and then four plus the Prime, gives you more flexibility, and less chance of the whole lot getting caught and ground down. Lets you go for two Objectives more easily, too.
With Stealers, the name of game is Winning Combat in two Assault Phases. If you've got a Brood that big, the usual result is to charge in, absolutely massacre one Unit, and then be left sitting in the open in front of your Opponent's entire Army. 8-10 seems to be the usual compromise.
Full Fex Broods are fun. I haven't run 3 CombatFexen yet, but I ran a Brood of 3 DakkaFexen in a couple of Games. Picking up 36 Dice for the shooting from 3 Models is pretty fun. With that many MCs, especially if you run the Trygon on the ground in the first list instead of Deep Striking, a Venomthrope or two might be worthwhile. Even a 5+ Cover Save goes a long ways towards kicking up the resilience on those Fexen.

I was thinking the carnifex brood would give me a nice moving cover save for my tyrant, allowing him to advance a turn or two on foot before swooping ahead into CC with whatever happens to get in my way.
Anyhow...a friend of mine ran off with half my tyranid army...(and by ran away with I mean he asked nicely to borrow them while his own army gets painted, and being the nice guy that I am I allowed him to take them.)
So here's a 1500 point list based on what I currently have left.
Hive Tyrant x2 scything talons hive commander adrenal glands wings leech essence psychic scream
7 warriors
24 termagants
10 hormagaunts
9 genestealers 1 Broodlord
8 ymgarl genestealers
carnifex adrenal glands bio plasma
trygon prime adrenal glands
total 1500
Hive Commander makes hormagaunts outflank.
