2000pts newbie

My girlfriend is starting eldar mainly because she got a 1000 pt army for free and so she wants to expand it to 2000pts. The main thing with her is that the army has to look good, and it has to include baharroth, swooping hawks and harlequins on the basis that they look good. I helped her a little bit with her list but I don't play eldar and I am more of a fantasy player when it comes to warhammer.

Anyways here is the list and advice/critiques would be wonderful. Some of the troop numbers are kind of weird because thats the number of models that she received because the person was a little silly with his army.
