This is an Apocalypse game some friends and I had today! 2v2, 4000 points a side, each player drawing from those points. So that means one player might only have a 500 point force, while his ally has 3500.
EDIT! I forgot to mention that only one Super Heavy was allowed per side, not that it matters much as neither side took any.
The match was Vesuvius Hetlan and I vs. Julian Sharps and his brother. DKoK vs. Dark Eldar and Tau respectively.

Deployment: The dawn before the dark...
The DKoK wagered ten minutes, and the Xenos thirty.The DKoK set up a long gunline, while the Xenos surprisingly set up rather clumped together in the center. The armies were set up, and the Xenos' plan was revealed. They put a cloak of darkness with the Lords of Twilight, limiting all units' sight range by 2d6x3 for the first turn.. They rolled 24" and the battle began.
Turn 1: Steel Rain...
The DKoK had the first turn, and Hetlan fired off a massive barrage of artillery, which doesn't require sight to fire. Due to the effects of the nightshroud or whatever it's called, blast weapons roll an additional d6 when firing indirectly. This proved ineffective when Hetlan made nearly all his scatter rolls, slaughtering most of Julian's jetbikes and a number of fire warriors, as well as all but one of Julian's transports, leaving him stranded. Maximilian's infantry started advancing.
The Dark Eldar started to slog it over towards the gunline, and the Tau used a sensor suite that put a markerlight on every unit within 24" of it, revealing a lot of squishy infantry, but no artillery. Very few DKoK killed, less than ten infantry.
Turn 2: You know the Drill boys!
The DKoK came up with half their reserves, since the drills and the engineers are separate units. All of Hetlan's drills came up with no scatter, wiping out most of the remaining forces of the Tau and the Dark Eldar. Maximilian's lone drill fired at a nearby Raider, scattering back on itself and blowing up... His infantry also advanced.
The Xenos, despite having been crushed on turn one, still made the most of their second turn. They fired and killed more guardsmen and a thudd gun, getting themselves ready to attempt to try to capture some objectives and at least try to tie the game.
Turn 3: Wait... You have more guys?!
70 engineers came up after the drills, slaughtering everything around them. Julian was wiped from the board quickly by some of Maximilian's guardsmen, and the Tau were all but massacred.
The filthy Xenos surrender...
The DKoK win with 6 Objectives, one point from the vital objective.
