I checked the army book today and to be honest though the magic wasn't too impressive they have a total of 4 lores including lore of shadows and lore of death if i remember correctly. Ungors and gors suck i won't lie but they're cannon fodder in my eyes.
You give bestigors great weapons you should easily be able to get off hatred for their racial traits (in any combat btw) and even sometimes frenzy. You give these bestigors a BSB with a +1 str banner and then give the bestigors the banner that goes through -1 armor for all units in 6" and -2 armor for the unit carrying the banner and the units in base contact with them and suddenly they're an ultimate knight killer (i get the razor standard only effects units in combat and does so without negative effects to the wielder but this if for everything in 6" and everything in base contact instead gets -2 to armor which honestly doesn't matter much to beastmen anyway with their light armor). You have like 30-40 bestigors and suddenly nobody fornicates with them.
Minotaurs are also nasty and both units just get nastier the more kills they rack up. Characters are good as well as heroes and lords. Monsters are good but need new models (esp. cygors being a mobile stone thrower basically). Razorgors sound decent.
Then if that wasn't enough you have all the equipment. Some of this ranges from 36" re-rolls to bestial fury (which results in hatred or in the best case frenzy) and you can use your general's leadership with this. This item only costs 40-50 pts. Then you have plenty of good weapons and other items. You have a 50 pts set of armor that allows a successful hit or wound to your character possibly cause their weapon to break in most cases. You have an item that destroys other items they have. There's a magic item that allows you to re-roll failed wounds in the magic phase. There's just all sorts of nasty stuff in their army and believe me some are based around human races, constructs or enemy beasts. The ones against enemy beasts aren't that big a deal but some of this stuff is huge.
