Hive Tyrant +Wings +Hive Commander +Leech Essence +Paroxysm
Tyranid Prime +Lashwhip & Bonesword +Deathspitter +Regeneration
3 Hive Guard
8 Ymgarl Genestealers
8 Ymgarl Genestealers
17 Genestealers + Brood Lord + Implant Attack
8 Genestealers
8 Genestealers
8 Genestealers
8 Genestealers
17 Gargoyles +toxin sacs +adrenal glands
Trygon Prime
Trygon Prime
Trygon Prime
Total = 2500pts
The big squad of Genestealers would probably infiltrate. Tyranid Prime hangs out with the Hive Guard and snacks on some missiles. The Hive Tyrant hides behind the biggest piece of terrain he can find and mingles amidst the gargoyles. Everything else goes in reserve. Turn 2...All hell breaks loose... for me or them, depending on how I roll.
Bringing it down to 2000 points I would ditch the hive guard, tyranid prime, and one of the trygons, and then take my chances.

Not what I'd call reliable, but it looks like it has the potential to be a whole lot of fun.

I usually take the ymgarls in smaller squads to help me find a place to put them...
but since I don't have to decide where they go until both sides have deployed, I know I'll find a place to put them somewhere...it just might not be as close to the enemy as I would like.
