Ork male, Orc female?? Hmm, clutching at straws for this argument. But it's still damn ugly, even though Paradill wants to do the dirty with it!

It occurs to me that once you get an ork up into a plane where he can't melee and can only get glory/fun from shooting things he becomes BS3. Of course once he gets to the dive bombing bit he's is likely to get excited and crash his plane into his targets so I guess the urge to get into close combat is still there.
Maybe when we get the next Codex Orks we could get some rules for Dakka Jets (and the others) ramming enemy flyers.
...... Orks reproduce via fungal spores that they release into the air. They don't have human style genitals and so they don't have a two sex model like humans.

Yeah, Orks are essentially asexual and reproduce through releasing spores--from which arise fungi, Orks, Grots, Snots, and squigs based in part on the environment where a spore finally lands, and how many other spores land near it, etc. This is also the reason why it is pretty much impossible to fully cleanse a planet once Orks have invaded it, even if the initial wave of Orks is completely killed, even with precautions of burning their corpses--most of the spores are released when they die, but fluff has indicated that they continuously shed them throughout their life. Although they decidedly seem to be "stereotypically" male in their temperament, and the whole "boyz" thing... I believe that somewhere in the fluff it is stated that they have a cloaca through which they do their "business"...

Well, we get our squig's as accessories or as mighty war beasts so I'd say we're breaking even.

Also, Zogwort can turn enemy characters into squigs. We don't have control of them, but there's still zany squig madness happening.

He can be. He has potentially a lot of attacks, all poisoned on a 2+, he's T5 with 3 wounds, and, in addition to being a warphead, he's got his squig curse, which is just all kinds of hilarious when you turn someone's 200 point named character into a squig. On the other hand, he's not really wearing any armor, so he can be kind of fragile. He really needs a good 'ard escort, which is harder to come by now that nobz have been nerfed a bit. Still, for his cost, he's one of the better ork special characters, I think. Of course, the only ork characters that *aren't* useful in some way are Snikrot (*Cry*), and, well, I have a hard time justifying taking Flash Gitz at all, much less dumping the points on Badrukk.

Eighteen inches. Any character model in line of sight. So it's not like it's a great way to snipe characters, and even then, you have to beat your opponent on a D6 roll, but it's still funny when it happens. However, the codex specifies that you have to provide the squig model, so if you're going to take Zoggy, be sure to load up on squigs to bring with you.

Now they are finecast you are looking at £3/$4.95 a squig. Boxes of 5 for £15/$24.75 It seems overly pricey but I guess there could be some ups to resin squig. Alternatively look through the Gorkamorka squig art and make a bunch from greenstuff. They seem like the kind of thing it is good to learn on.

Does fantasy and 40k have the same to hit and to wound tables??

To hit is the same. The fantasy To Wound chart has 6+ instead of - so I guess halflings can still hurt dragons but ratlings can't scratch carnifex (or whatever actually works as an example (is to lazy to look that up too)).

In response to an earlier statement, in fifteen hours the novel a snotling kills a guardsmen from 300m or so away with his gun first time so I'm gonna go with its just temperament
