Hi,
I'm assuming the fire dragons ride in the falcons?
This looks really nasty, however the falcons will have to get close to drop of the dragons - are you planning for them to arrive from reserve?

I would suggest more scat bikes and warpspyders, Eldar strength comes from their mobility. I'm assuming you are deepstriking in the Falcons filled with fire dragons. I'm not clear on the rules for this, will they be able to disembark and fire their meltas kinda like a droppod? What's you plan for objective grabbing?

I've just noticed that there is no anti-air in this list.
Windriders will also want to get the weapon upgrade to become really deadly, high mobility, high strength, long range and lots of shots will make them very strong.
Given the mobility available do you need so many pulse lasers? - you should be able to get side and rear shots, add to that the fire dragons and I think you're going overboard on anti-tank weapons.
What kind of armies are you likely to be facing?
