My main foe(and ally) always uses 4 Masters of the Chapter and they simply wade through my heavy fire while their armor absorbs all of my shots. My vehicles are usually preoccupied(if they survive the first two turns) so they can't turn their attention to them. So please any tactics infantry can use to take these guys down would be useful. Thanks.

How many points is it? Cause i'd just throw some weak infantry platoon's at em to occupy them then deep strike veterans and armoured fist to take out vehicle killing stuff and if you want to take the chapter master's out straight away rough riders will do the job for 2 of em. Ever thought of using armoured company, they eat through stuff with 2+ saves.

Two squads of vets, carapce, powerfists and 3 plasmaguns deepstriking. I've used that tactic to kill Carnifexes, let alone SmurFs.

massed lascannons, massed autocannons, even massed heavy bolters, anything str 8 or above and comes in pie plates. massed anything will work even plasma. you just have to make your opponent roll dice and eventually hes going to fail.
also use the basalisk formation and get a spotter round right on top of them.

If the Chapter Masters cause you the most grief then your tanks should target them first, as they seem to be the biggest threat.
Just use instant kill weapons, he'll soon fail a save then it's bye bye.

Another quick question, he just add jump yesterday, is this bad? I'll assume that you mean he gave the master a jump pack which i don't think they can take?

Please excuse my bad language, but I don't know if they can have jump packs(they came in the Master's box with them) we usually just add whatever we have to look cool(we ignore some things occasionally, like point values, so it doesn't really matter if they can or not) and how useful are auto cannons cannons against them. Thanks for helping and having patience with my ignorance.

Well, there's your problem.
Creating house rules and such can be fun, but they should only apply to the rank-and-file. If you go messing with the rules for Abaddon the Despoiler or Old One Eye, things can get ugly and fast. Similarly, leave the rules and points values for tanks and high-end characters alone. They're there to keep cheese to a minimum

Chapter Masters are allowed to take jump packs in the marine codex. I don't have my marine book on me but I am almost positive of that.

Depends on the Masters. If he is talking about normal chapter masters they may take jumppacks. But the Master of the Guard, Master of the Arsenal, Master of the Fleet, and the Master of the Recruits aren't allowed to get jumppacks. They're a special Apocalypse unit that give you special Apocalyse advantages.
