You can't have doublets of magic items I'm afraid, so drop one Silver Horn. Otherwise the characters look alright, even if I wouldn't give a Priest a magic weapon since he's mediocre at best in combat with only 2 attacks.
Why do your handgunners have a full command? It's rather expensive. If they were 20 they might be able to hold the line a bit, but with only 12 they're going to die instantly when charged, so you might want to ditch the standard at least. Marksmen are always good and the musician can be good for rallying, but not necessary in a gunline.
You're definitely going to want at least 20, preferably 25, Spearmen. You need all the rank bonus you can get, humans aren't that good in combat, but cheap.
Same goes for the halberdiers, even more so with being 25 as they're more vulnerable to missile fire.
15 archers and 10 huntsmen, swell.
I love massive greatsword units, nothing ill to say about that.
Halberdiers are always good as detachment, but 5 of those models will be of more use in the full halberd unit. 5 detachment soldiers is still enough to break ranks, it's not like anyone's going to shoot them.
Pistoliers are lovely. Paint most of their armour as leather though, it's ridiculous that a tempered steel cuirassier plate counts as light armour. They're more heavily armoured than greatswords!
The artillery looks good, although if you are dissapointed with them you might want to take a second cannon instead of the mortar, they're generally very good in pairs. But that's only if you're disappointed with the mortar + cannon combo and want something that might be better.
I would also suggest you put both wizards with the shooters, one with the handgunners (or with the huntsmen if you don't plan to Scout with them) and the other with the archers. Skirmish is a great missile protection. And if the wizard is with melee troops, the enemy will just direct a few attacks at him/her and be done with it.
Is this list really 2000 pts though? It seems rather small.

Oops i missed the second silver horn sorry, i'll rework the list and post an update, probably, dropping a couple of things and changing some magic items around and adding some more footsloggers.

The list looks good, but where do you put the Wizard? If he's just on his own that Sigil of Sigmar feels rather wasteful, it's not like he's going to survive any spells targeted at him anyway. I'd give the Sigil to a captain or the warrior priest, as the magic resistance is conferred to units they join. You should also put the wizard with the archers at least, it's so vulnerable to have them running around on their own. You can always leave the unit if necessary.

Swap the Sigil to the warrior priest and give the wizard the sword of battle, put the wizard with the archers probably.

Wizards with magic weapons are cool, but I hope you don't expect him to kill anything with it. Good changes otherwise.

I was toying with running a light empire army, archers and pistoliers only, just for giggles.

They are the dandy highwaymen you're too scared to mention.
I'd totally paint my general to look like Adam Ant
