I recently noticed I had some extra marines laying around and I wanted to start another Army with them. So after a few minutes of consideration I made up this little list, nothing is set in stone yet so hit me with what you think needs to be changed, my only real concern with it is that with the Chappy being the only real assault unit everything is going to be just sitting around shooting without any really H2H backup for them.
HQ: 295
Chaplain [140] (Plasma pistol, Jump pack, Digital Weapons)
Master of the Forge [155] (Bike, Conversion Beamer)
The MotF stays as far from the front as possible going around on his bike and conversion beaming anything he can and hopefully staying away from his opponents. He pairs with a few bikes to give him extra wounds and hopefully keep his beamer on the field longer. The Chaplain pairs with a unit of Assault Marines and hop from behind cover to cover and beat down units and vehicles.

Tactical Squad (10) [245] (Sergeant w/Power Fist, Missile Launcher, Flamer, Rhino, Extra Armor)

The Tactical squads come forward in their Rhinos and dig into some terrain using their Rhinos to help block LOS from the side shooting far away things with their Missile Launcher and close things with the Flamer, and if they get charged hopefully the power fist gives them some oomph.

Devastator Squad (7) [182] (4x Missile Launchers)
Predator [100] (Extra Armor, Heavy Bolter Sponsons)
Predator [100] (Extra Armor, Heavy Bolter Sponsons)
The predators come up the flanks and try to help push things into the center and into the way of the other troops while the Devastator Squad sits back in a nice piece of ruins with bolstered defenses from the MotF (2+ cover save and 3+ armor FTW)
