Well, really you could have the brightest, barley camoflagued, "stick out like a sore thumb" kinda of paint scheme, and still be able to say they have chameleon. If you want more or a real look, then i would recomend simpley painting on a really heavy camo look, lots of camo with striped of different colors, maybe even paint their faces with green/black instead of skin color like face paint.

Thankyou trooper..
Yeah u guessed right im doin them jungle, i wana reinact the australian army with the camo, i didnt think bright colours would work well. Im not that good a painter im jsut learning all the techniques becoz insted of highlighting and drybrushing i usualy just slap the main colour on and repaint the gaps black i painted in .... if u know what i mean.. so painting camo is gonna be a challenge for me..

Welcome mate! For your cameleoline, you can glue static grass on your minis to give them a kind of ghillie suit...To fit with the theme, paint the faces like it can be seen in Codex Catachan.

Ahh, the joys of reading comprehension. Special Equipment Doctrines, if taken, MUST be applied to all Guard Infantry units unless the Equipment specifically provides the option to just take it on RoughRiders (as I believe Cyberenhancement does, to represent robo-horses)

Well all my infantry units have cameleoline becoz my tactics gonna be find cover and shoot like hell so the +1 to cover save will be very handy.... im going to paint them with camo no matter what so i guess thats where the camoleoline comes in i dont really want cloaks and anything major on the models to signify the camoleoline

Camoline does not have to be represented by cloaks or ghilli suits or anything else. It can look cool and add character, but it isn't needed, as camoline coated armour, camoline treated fatigues etc... cover this as well. All depends on what u want your army to look like.
If you are just starting out as a painter, I'd suggest trying something simple. Paint green with black tiger stipes for example would be quick and relatively easy to paint for example. I'm trying to remember what the aussi camo scheme is.........
As already said, remember that every unit that can have special equipment HAS to have it.

I really wouldn't go with dark angels green and bleached bone, those are two very 'crayon-ish' colors - they don't have a matte, dull feel that camo colors have in real life. you'd be best served by taking catachan green and commando khaki for your green and tan respectively. the browns are pretty good, but if you can get your hands on some of the privateer press (p3) paints, there are some really nice dull browns in that line and they're really high quality.
if you want a more realistic 'olive drab' green kinda color, just take the catachan green and mix in a bit of scorched brown (dark brown) and it'll really muddy the green up and look amazing.
easiest way to mix paints is to go to the art store and buy some little $0.90 empty dropper bottles then just pour the paint pots into them and you can mix with no prob. at some point as you learn to paint you'll transition to dropper bottles so why not start now!?
good luck bud - let us see some of your minis as you begin to get the result you are after with 'em
